Fearing Fear


 

Fear can be both a great motivator and de-motivator. It keeps us from harm but also stops us from moving forward. How can that be? You may be familiar with sayings like ‘Fortune favours the brave’, ‘Feel and the fear and do it anyway’, ‘there is nothing worse than fear itself’.  Understanding what you fear, and why, is the first step towards harnessing your full potential and can be enlightening and freeing.  Imagine what it would be like if your worst fears were no longer holding you back?
