I offer a range of appointments utilising hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching that can help you overcome anxiety, gain greater self-awareness, confidence, and achieve your goals. I also offer 'Employee Wellness days' where employers can offer their employees the opportunity to benefit from an individual Coaching session incorporating NLP and Hypnotherapy.

Discovery Call
A free 15-minute discovery call, via phone or Zoom, to find out what issue you want to work on or the change you would like to make and how I may help you. We will then discuss an action plan, with no obligation to yourself.

Group Talks
30 - 60-minute talks and mini-workshops for clubs, groups and gatherings.

Virtual Consultation Appointment
A 90 minute one-to-one appointment via Zoom, where we will work together to define what you would like to achieve, the background surrounding the issue and your expectations. I utilise NLP, Coaching and Hypnotherapy in the session to work with you on achieving your goals. Following the appointment we can have a 10 minute follow-up discussion about your progress and discuss any next steps.

Face-to-Face Consultation Appointment
A 90 minute face-to-face appointment at my studio address near Salisbury, in the United Kingdom. We will work together to define what you would like to achieve, the background surrounding the issue and your expectations. I utilise NLP, Coaching and Hypnotherapy in the session to work with you on achieving your goals. Following the appointment we can have a 10 minute follow-up discussion about your progress and discuss any next steps via phone, text message or email.

Employee Wellness Day - Discovery Call
A free 15 minute discovery call, via phone or Zoom to discuss your needs. With mental health declining year on year, this is a great way for employers to 'give back' to their employees and show them that they are valued. A whole day dedicated to working with employees. With a max of 8 people per day I offer a 45-55 minute consultation appointment with each person, where they can work through challenges or changes they would like to make either inside, or outside, of the workplace. This corporate day can be carried out 'on site' or via Zoom, all sessions are non-judgemental and confidential.
