Being the imperfect practitioner...
Following my previous post about grieving for my Dad, I realised that I had taken time out because I didn't feel I could be the 'perfect' therapist whilst I was grieving, but it dawned on me that perhaps my experience was helping me to become a better therapist. Time out to grieve
I have been quiet for a while and have taken some time out to grieve the loss of my dear Dad last year. It's been tough and a journey that can't be hurried.
