Addressing Anxiety




Anxiety has been on the increase over the last decade and has a massive effect on the quality of people’s lives and those around them.



Often people are aware of what is causing the anxiety but don’t know how to manage it, or they may not know what’s causing it and therefore can’t address it. Many people create coping strategies to help mitigate anxiety, but these can cause other problems.



If anxiety is causing problems in your life, it can be a comfort to know that whatever the cause, and its effects, there is always something that can help.



Both Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) are great tools for identifying the causes of anxiety, understanding the patterns of thinking (whether consciously or subconsciously) and creating new, healthy, solutions to remove or minimise the anxiety.
