Service Description

With mental health declining year on year, this is a great way for employers to 'give back' to their employees and show them that they are valued. A whole day dedicated to working with employees. With a max of 8 people per day I offer a 45-55 minute consultation appointment with each person, where they can work through challenges or changes they would like to make either inside, or outside, of the workplace.
